Legrand accommodates those who prefer to work primarily in Outlook. A simple to install Outlook Add-in lets you easily share data with Legrand. Incoming and outgoing e-mails can be selectively recorded as Activity Notes in Legrand. You only need to right-click on the information you want to transfer. You can even create Opportunities or Customer Support Incidents directly from an e-mail and automatically associate it with that client!
